Indoor Pollen Allergens, What can you do about them?
Pollen Allergens In general, try to keep your home as dust-free as possible. When you dust and clean, try to avoid kicking up dust into the air. In general, wet dusting stirs up less dust than dry dusting. You can use a dusting product specially made to remove dust and allergens, such as Pledge® Dust & Allergen aerosol spray.

Other Steps You Can Take

  • Keep windows and doors closed as much as possible during pollen season.
  • Use a HEPA air purifier to remove airborne allergens from the air.
  • Check your local pollen count. Pollen counts measure the amount of airborne pollen allergen present. Many universities, medical centers and informational Web sites provide pollen counts for free.
